What You’ve Missed
Well, I forgot to do the Monday rundown last week, but things are still always happening in the world of Quackalope and tabletop gaming. Believe it or not, we are not the center of any board game universe. But… we are a friendly pond somewhere in the land. So if you want to see what ducks quacked and what geese did goose things, then be sure to stick around for the latest and greatest.
Jesse represented Quackalope during the DemiCon digital event and it was an awesome time of getting together and playing games (with some funs prizes along the way). There were several game publishers that participated and the always-awesome Discord community made The Paddle come alive with the sound of board games.
Then, the deep dive into juicy, trending games has continued with an exclusive look at Human Punishment: The Beginning, which is live on Kickstarter right now. And more Primal: The Awakening content with a comparison to Kingdom Death Monster.

List day will be my first time ever to make a Top 50 board game list. I just hope I’ve played 50 games so that it’s full.
On Wednesday, Devon is going to share his first impressions of Ignite, a skirmish deck-building game from Kickstarter that will ship to backers later this year. Late pledges are still open!
Right for You / Wrong for You will dive into Dice Throne: Season 1 Rerolled which has begun to reach backers from its Kickstarter alongside the Dice Throne Adventures game. This is a game I’ve been playing for a while now and it deserves to be talked about.
And Roleplay Friday will either continue the RPG Noob series or explore another aspect of the roleplaying world.

What is the Quackalope Staff up to?
Devon has played Anachrony, Azul, Dice Throne, and Euphoria. recently. He’s got other games lined up as well. There are also some other things he’s doing with his life beyond board games. He switched up some vanity lights at his parents’ house. That’s something, right?
Jesse and Jan are rekindling their bromance while looking for apartments together. It’s real, guys. They’re taking the next step.
Dan fell asleep under the card sleeves. It was a mountain and it worked like a weighted blanket.
Will recently played some games with a Goose, who was thoroughly roasted at making clothing for french aristocrats and building dwellings in frightening places. Sadly, Will was not as good at designing Koi ponds and remaining zen. His eyes are slightly tired from staring at his phone, still waiting for that Sleepings Gods shipping notification.
