What You’ve Missed
It’s snowing here in Arkansas so I’ve been out sledding (and freezing) with my son. My daughter doesn’t really like it right now (she’s only two), but she does love the process of putting on boots and hats.
Anyway, there is snow in the South and people are going crazy. Hopefully, all of you are staying safe out there!
And the world of Quackalope keeps on turning as well, so let’s get you up to speed.
We’ve got some awesome game discussions and gameplay reviews on the YouTube channel, including a four-player game of Zombicide: Undead or Alive, a two-player attempt at Kingdom Rush: Elemental Uprising, and a comparison of Blood Rage and Inis.
Also, Jan and Jesse joined forces with the Board Game BBQ podcast crew to create a fusion of tabletop excellence.
In Episode 77, Quack meets Barbie in an entertaining discussion that covers a wide variety of games—Dune: Imperium, Horrified, Raptor, Crash Octopus, Badland Wolves, A War of Whispers, Dice Forge, and Raiders of the North Sea.

I’m going to do things a little differently this week. It’s cold. There is snow everywhere. And I just wanna talk about all of the games I’ve played. So it’s going to be a week of first impressions.
Tuesday will feature first impressions on Dune: Imperium.
On Wednesday, Dan is going to make an appearance with another Tabletop Tipples piece!
Thursday will feature first impressions on A War of Whispers collector’s edition.
Friday will feature first impressions on Azul.

What is the Quackalope Staff up to?
Devon thinks that Euphoria is underrated. Anachrony is crunchy and needs more plays. Dice Throne Adventures needs to start soon. A War of Whispers is better than ever. Funfair makes him nostalgic for the days of RollerCoaster Tycoon. And there are so many other games to play!
Jesse and Jan are picking out paint for the walls. And deciding on two singles in the master bedroom or a queen/king.
Dan and Will are better at board games than the three of us… and probably life. And that’s why we love them.
The Quack-verse thrums with power!
